A trailblazer in governance and a dynamic leader, Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja has redefined public service through her unwavering commitment to socio-economic transformation, grassroots empowerment, and efficient government service delivery in Uganda. As the first female Prime Minister of Uganda, she has brought an inclusive and results-oriented leadership style to the highest levels of government, fostering policies that uplift the livelihoods of millions.

Since her appointment in June 2021, Rt. Hon. Nabbanja has championed key government reforms focused on poverty reduction, healthcare access, education, and transparency. Under her stewardship, Uganda has intensified its fight against corruption, strengthened service delivery in local communities, and expanded social protection programs benefiting vulnerable populations. A firm advocate of the Parish Development Model (PDM), she has spearheaded Uganda’s ambitious initiative to eradicate subsistence farming, ensuring that marginalized communities gain access to credit, markets, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
